ANCHOR measures behavioral changes and individual health outcomes based on the tools of: acupuncture, nutrition, healthy lifestyle education and increased physical activity including Qi Gong (an ancient gentle exercise that boosts wellness). Acupuncture has been cited to significantly reduce stress, a major factor in more than 90% of health conditions. Nutrition and the other modalities listed can decrease illnesses, boost mental and physical well-being. Incorporating the modalities as an integrative approach is necessary to counteract health disparities.
